We’re tentatively back – kicking off with this gem off everyone’s favourite auction site, a 1970s Slade In Flame movie poster.
It’s a cracking bit of OTT cinema art too, for a film that’s finally getting some appreciation. Not least after BBC4′s recent Slade night and overdue screening of the movie. If you’ve not seen it, you should – it’s grittier and better acted than you might think.
Anyway, if you haven’t seen it, this poster pretty much tells the story if you look closely. Talking of the poster, it is an original British quad, sized at 30 x 40 inches, on ‘thick’ cinema paper and folder. Condition is described as ‘excellent’.
Not cheap though, due to rarity value and its growing popularity. £450 or you can make an offer.
