Tony Wilson: Freedom of Manchester

Tony Wilson, broadcaster and boss of... surely you know this bit already?

Anyway, Tony has been posthumously honoured by the city of Manchester. Manc' councillors granted Wilson the freedom of Manchester and awarded him the Roll of Honour.

This means he'll get his name engraved on Manchester Town Hall, next to that of Manchester United pink-face Alex Ferguson.

It would've been nice if Wilson got it while he was still alive, but y'know, better late than never.
