New Band: Nagisa Ni Te

Nagisa_ni_te It's weird. Sometimes you hear a record that's pretty ordinary... but, because it's sung in a foreign tongue, it just sounds so much better. I'm not sure if that's the way I feel about Nagisa Ni Te... but I like this MP3 I jus' heard... it's sweet... but is it because it's not in English? Either way, you can listen to it if you click over the jump... weird folk record fans... you're advised to chekkit.

Nagisa Ni Te have an LP coming out late Summer called 'Yosuga'. From the LP, they've freed up a track and it's available to listen to if you click here. The track is called 'Premonition' and I'm slightly in love with it. The track kinda sounds like twee 70s folk with a pinch of Stereolab or Broadcast about it (thanks to some analogue electronics in the back)... but it's definitely pop.

The Yosuga LP is out on September 9th, via Jagjaguwar Records.
