Prog fans rejoice! Comus are reforming and flipping wigs!

Comus Does your heart race when you see this Comus LP cover? Well, if it does (make sure it isn't the Moroccan hashish giving you a rush first) you'll be thrilled to learn that the psych-folk band are returning for a festival show in Sweden in March.

The band who split in '72 after releasing their debut LP 'First Utterance' have been persuaded to get it on again and play after an absence of 33 years by Comus fan and festival organiser Stefan Dimle. The Melloboat Festival will take place aboard a passenger liner that sails between Stockholm and Helsinki on the 8, 9 and 10th March.

Original Comus members Roger Wooton, Glenn Goring, Andy Hellaby, Colin Pearson and Bobbie Watson will be joined by The Colins of Paradise's multi-instrumentalist Jon Seagroatt as the sixth member. You can find out more by clicking here. Go tell Tommy Saxondale.
